Dinner Rolls for Thanksgiving 2011
My iPhone shut itself off at 3:35 because it was overheating from having it too close to the fire.... oops. Regardless the steak was taken out 20s later.

2011-06-19 Heating the cast iron pan up in the 1000+ ° oven. Idea blatently stolen from Peter Reinhart's Pizza Quest

2011-06-19 Father's Day/Anniversary Steak/Pizza dinner. Oven was over 1000 degrees(my thermometer stops at 1000), Cast Iron skillet was preheated for ~15 minutes... should have been longer. Boneless ribeyes were 1lb and 1.5" thick and were cooked for 2minutes on each side giving a nice medium-rare steak. For next time the fat from the previous steak needs to burn off of the skillet before the next one is placed on it.... ~4m. Idea blatently stolen from Peter Reinhart's Pizza Quest

2010-07-04 - Boston Butt 5 hours @350. Put it in 24 hours after cooking pizzas. Also restored a cast iron dutch oven
